OFFSPRING

Offspring is the television series about thirty-something Nina Proudman, an obstetrician who is searching for love and balance in her chaotic life. .The series was produced by John Edwards and Imogen Banks for Southern Star with Kate Dennis as the set-up director

The aim was to make Nina’s world vibrant and aspirational, set in the hipster north side of Melbourne, style was a essential element. Strong colours were used in the hospital set, steering away from the traditional banal & subdued. Softer, more vulnerable tones were used in Nina’s personal space to reflect this side of her life.
