HALIFAX: RETRIBUTION 

Halifax: Retribution sees the return of one of Australia’s most loved characters, Jane Halifax, Forensic Psychiatrist, in a suspenseful drama showcasing the city of Melbourne. Jane returns to assist the Police Task Force created to catch a Sniper who is terrifying the city and who possibly murdered her husband.

The contrast between the two worlds of the Sniper and the Task Force was a crucial visual element. Melbourne’s roof tops of became a character of their own, the domain of our Sniper, the open skies on top of the city. The Task Force in pursuit, hunkered down in the fortress like, heritage listed red brick warehouse which was transformed into a hub of activity, solid and grounded.
