BACK IN VERY SMALL BUSINESS

From the Gristmill team, Back In Very Small Business revisits the original ABC series 10 years on. Directed by Robyn Butler and starring Wayne Hope, the 8 part series chronicles the ups and downs of small businessman Don Angel and his collection of oddball businesses & CEOs.

With an ensemble cast of unconventional characters, we needed to create a modern contemporary office environment that reflected the aspirations of Don, while also establishing strong individual business identities. The introduction of a backbone of strong colours and the ability to control the space and scale were key in achieving this. Graphics also played an important part in hitting the right note.
